    I have those two programs running at all times. I have done full Avira and Malwarebytes scans, which both show no infections. I have a six-month old Dell XPS 15, running the newest version of Windows 10. But I don't know where to find that or how to remove it. But every Google search I've done always gives me answers on how to remove the virus itself - however, I actually don't think I have the virus. I've done a little research on this and it seems like it's a virus or adware. It's asking to install "TAP Provider V9 for Private Tunnel Networks." I always press "Don't Install."
